Shipping Times & Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee. All orders are processed within 24 hours during business days.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. For missing or damaged packages, contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance.

Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early and checking our website for holiday shipping deadlines and updates.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective items – contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
