Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. You’ll need your original order number or receipt.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Opened personal care products
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Opened cosmetics and beauty products
  • Digital products and downloadable software
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging
  3. Include all original tags and accessories
  4. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement upon verification.

Return Shipping Costs
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We provide discounted return labels through our returns portal. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping expenses.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact our customer service team for assistance.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be returned for store credit unless they are defective.

Gift Returns
Items marked as gifts will receive store credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued to the original purchaser.
