We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below for detailed information.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (available for select locations)
Delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. All times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Express and overnight shipping rates are shown during checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using our website or the carrier’s tracking system.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address error, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us within 14 days of expected delivery for missing package assistance.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. Check our website for holiday shipping deadlines and updates. We recommend ordering early during busy periods.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective items. Contact customer service to initiate returns.
